Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I understand that your HP printer is not printing the gridlines in your spreadsheets.
Firstly, check the settings before you send the print job. Refer to the document HP Printers - Print Settings Guide (Mac) for help.
And, also ensure that the printer is up to date with its firmware and Mac is up to date with its software. If you are unsure you may use the links below to update the printer firmware and Mac software:
- Update printer firmware
- Update software on Mac Try printing.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

This may not be a problem with the printer. I was searching how to get gridlines to print and I'm using an iMac! My printer is a Canon. In my opinion, Apple Numbers is not as user friendly as Microsoft Tables.
The Apple answer to everyone searching for a solution was to increase the width of the lines in Format from .35 to anything higher, like .5. I've done this and apparently still not doing it right because I only get the horizontal line at top of my table and a vertical line on the right side of the first column to print. Good luck figuring it out. (Just thought you might want to consider that the problem isn't in the printer, but the application.)

I think I replied to the wrong questioner. Not sure how these threads work. Anyway. This may not be a problem with the printer. I was searching how to get gridlines to print and I'm using an iMac! My printer is a Canon. In my opinion, Apple Numbers is not as user friendly as Microsoft Tables.
