If you are advised NOT to buy a replacement  printer head from a 3rd party vendor for HP officejet 8610, WHERE IN HECK DO YOU GET ONE FROM? Per HP they do not have this part? Per google it is broken do to running ink low. Guess what? I was on the Ink program and did not get an ink shipment. Who’s fault is it the printhead needs replacement? For the last 12 months I spend $155+ never receive one cartridge. Do you think HP should replace or the printer head? I asked them to pay half, Amazon price is up to $160. HP offered $25 on their store! NO! Only because they do not sell the part. Then I was offered $75 on the HP store. NO! HP does not sell the part. Send me a cash value to purchase with another vendor. Or send me the PART!!!!!!!
