My HP OfficeJet 250 printer does not recognize or accept a new ink cartridge (62XL Black). I keep getting the message "Please remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed."
I tried doing a hard reset of the printer, but the same problem/error message continues. I put in the old ink cartridge (62 Black) and the printer recognizes/accepts this. The 62XL cartridge is supposed to work with the OfficeJet 250 printer. Any suggestions?
