Hello, @Yasmin220 – Greetings!

Welcome to the HP Forums, I'd be happy to help you with your printer issue 🙂

I see that your Officejet printer is printing / feeding crooked.

This could be an issue with the paper feed mechanism in the printer and can be fixed by cleaning the paper pick roller and the duplexer inside the printer.

Go to http://hp.care/2sSUnYs  and follow the steps under “step 4".

Also, while loading the paper into the input tray, make sure to adjust the paper guide correctly to hold the paper firmly inside the tray.

If the issue persists, try using a different brand paper and check if that helps.

Thanks, I look forward to hearing back from you!

Good luck 🙂

Lets try.I think there is a small obstruction in the paper path.Inspect the paper path for a small piece of paper maybe. It mast be something small as it is not causing a jam.Hope this will help.
