After updating to the recent firmware, it worked fine several hours (print and scan).
I noticed that the "MFG MODE" appeared and then the "ERROR CODE 0xb85bf610" when turn off/on the printer.
No printing or scan.
I tried "HP Print and Scan Doctor" and power on/off with 60 sec wait but no luck.
Is there a way to reset the printer or firmware?
Thanks in advance.

@seanotyetfull, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
There is no way to reset the printer firmware or rollback to the previous version.
Are you able to bypass this error message to go to home screen on the printer?
Reset the printer
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
Check for any paper jams inside the printer and make sure the print carriage is moving freely.
You mat refer to the steps from this document - Paper Jam Error

Thanks for kind answers.
I followed all the steps but not successful.
I tried to remove the ink cartridges but couldn't because it's stuck on the right side.
