Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I did not use my printer for 3 weeks, and as I started printing again the black ink is not printing. I found an article in the forum, but the link to the steps to fix the issue is broken. I searched online and I found an interesting video on how to wash the cartridge bridge, but in the OfficeJet 4655 All-in-One Printer the bridge does not seem to come off.

The cartridge (original) is 20% full, and given how expensive the ink is, I am reluctant to open a new one just to see if it works. I believe the head is clogged, but I can't figure out how to clean it. I did try the cleaning option of the printer of course, both Step1 and Step2, but only the color comes out.

How can I get my black ink to start flowing again?

Thanks.
