My new OfficeJet 5230 has a 'very good' and stable connection to my wifi and will print the network test page but it will not print anything from software packages on the Mac. In the print status window it seems to find the printer, start sending the data, gets to about 30% and then says the printer isn't connected. I have rebooted router, Mac and printer and re-run the wifi setup wizard. Can anyone suggest any other solutions as this is very frustrating. Thanks.

A warm welcome to HP Support Community!
Do you have any antivirus software installed on your Mac?
What's the make and model of your WiFi router?
Could you check for WiFi interference and also perform a ping test using the Mac Network Utility and let me know the results. Use the printer IP address to perform a ping test, the printer IP can be located by touching the wireless icon on the printer display.
