OfficeJet 5255
Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

I have an OfficeJet 5255 connected wirelessly to my HP laptop. Everything that I look at says that the printer is connected and working. Troubleshooting finds no problems. Anytime I try to print I get and Error - Printing message. It is very frustrating that I can't figure out why it won't print. Sometimes I can get it to print a test page but the page comes out blank. Cartrigages have ink. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi @CrazyDogLover

 I'd like to help!

I understand that the test page prints blank and the documents initiated come up with an error.

To assist better-

1) Does the copy print out the same way?

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device?

3)What is the exact error you are receiving?

While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -Press and hold the Start Copy Color button on the printer control panel for 3 seconds to print a Print Quality Diagnostic page.

Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.

You may also refer to this document with steps to fix the " Print Quality Issues" issue applicable for your printer -  Print Quality Issues

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
