Product: HP OfficeJet 5255 All-in-One Printer

My OfficeJet 5255 will not respond to print jobs from either my Windows 10 PC or my MacBook pro running on Monterey 12.7.6. The job shows up in the queue, but just ends up saying that the printer is not responding and the job just sits there. My printer does nothing during this. Then, if I print any kind of diagnostic or info page from the control on the printer itself, it acts and sounds like it is doing so but then just spits out a blank page. The printer says that both of my ink cartridges are near full, I've ran the cleaning commands, and there are no jams. What else can I do?
