Product: HP Officejet 6500A Plus e-All-in-One Printer - E710n
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

I attempted all resetting and viewed videos to no avail and continue to get the error code 0x61011beb.  I cannot determine what this issue is, but all seems functional and operational, by the tests.  I need this printer working, if possible.  I hope the main controller board is not bad.  Thanks for any guidance!

Fabio_L32,  Thanks for your help!  Unfortunately, this process did not work.  Carriage does not move to center when lid is opened and still getting error.  

 

I am open to other suggestions.
