Hello, I've been having error 0x61011bed pop up on my printer. I've done my research and tried to troubleshoot by using other posts on here. It wont let me align the printhead without stopping me with another error message. Same with cleaning the printhead, printing a test page, or really anything.
I've tried to unplug and wait a few minutes to reset, no luck. I've made sure the firmware is up to date, no luck. I've tried new cartridge's, no luck.
This printer is awesome and I haven't really had issues in the past I wasn't able to resolve quickly. Hoping there is someone I can talk to about this.
Thanks,

- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
