HP Recommended

After I replaced all 4 ink cartridges in my DeskJet 6958, it won't print in color, only in black. I have removed and reseated the cartridges, run the printhead cleaning routine repeatedly, and gone through all of the troubleshooting steps provided by the "assistant." 

 

It prints black just fine, but it won't print color.
