OfficeJet 6960 won't pick up sticker paper from the automatic feed tray.

I have tried multiple times to print on sticker paper. Specifically, The Paper Studio sticker paper from Hobby Lobby. The automatic feeder tray won't pick it up properly, and it will either not feed it through enough to print on the paper, or it will only be able to get it halfway through to print. 

The back of the sticker paper is slick, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. I've set the paper style to photo paper with no luck, as well as thick paper and specialty paper.

Does the OfficeJet 6960 have a manual feed ability?

I understand that the Officejet 6960 printers won't pick up the sticker paper from ADF.

Unfortunately, ADF will not pick up the sticker paper.
