Hi all, where I can find the Service Manual for this OJ 7110 Printer (not the all-in-one model, the printer-only version) ?
I have the yellow light blinking, reporting a paper jam, but there is no paper inside.
Unable to print anything.
I have the feeling the printer tries to clean the heads at every power on - I hear the ink squeezing, but after 1 minutes everything stops with the blinking yellow light.
May it be a dirty sensor somewhere ?
With the Service Manual I can try to locate it.
Thanks a lot,
Mario Di Terlizzi

Service manuals (at least for consumer grade printers) are usually only provided to licensed repair technicians.
You might be able to find a Maintenance manual on the Internet. We cannot provide the information since we cannot verify the content (or whether that content is safe to download).
I found the following product information for this printer series:
CR768A — HP OfficeJet 7110 Wide Format ePrinter - H812a
I did not find a "printer" only version (no "e"?). Maybe the plain version is something available in your region. (I am in the USA.)
Options from the Troubleshooting website are, as you have found, limited to a thorough cleaning of the components and rollers as described in the document.
Other documents
- A 'Carriage Jam' Message Displays for HP Officejet 7110 Wide Format ePrinter Series (H812)
- An 'Out of Paper' Error Message Displays on the Computer, and the Printer Does Not Pick Up or Feed ...
You might, of course, be able to talk a local repair technician into giving you the information you seek. Although repair techs make their living by fixing equipment for others, it is possible you will find a sympathetic ear.

Thanks for the reply, I suspected the Service Manuals were not available. It was just a try, also considering the manual for many laptops (like Elitebook 8xx) are available without restrictions. Strange policies...
I will contact local HP support to know the support options.
I suspect HP support will tell me to buy a new printer, since it costs around 110 EUR and there is no HP technician which will be available to support you at the phone for less than 200 EUR x hour.
Thanks again,

You are welcome.
I am also in the market for a new printer - my beloved Officejet 8630 is working (Thank Goodness) - it is a few years old now and I have my eyes on some newer tech.
Yes, costs for phone support are high everywhere. We have the advantage that we have several local printer repair depots in our area. Of course, these folks also want money to provide most services. Smiling.
Unsolicited Discussion
In general, most desktop and notebook computers provide much more in the way of "home repair" or at least some upgrade options. Consumer grade printers are considered one of those devices that are not meant to be repaired in the field. When you look for a new printer, consider a business grade print option. These (of course) are more money up front. Some of the laser printers (for example) are meant to be deployed and sometimes there is a lot more "home / office repair" documentation included in the website support pages for that model.
Depending on where you are located AND if the option makes sense for your budget and situation, there are also (for some models and in some regions) pretty good Care Pack Warranty options that might include repairs at your location. Worth checking - when you select the printer at the HP online store, there should (might) be a section that offers extra warranty options.
Good Luck.

Just for curiosity, I ordered a phone call support service to discuss about the repair strategy (approx 20$ paid upfront) but I didn't get useful information about the technical problem. They only suggested me to purchase a new printer (as expected) with some discount, around 100$ total.
So it seems that also HP adopted the classic strategy "if the repair is not a business for me, the same must be for everybody", this means that a good printer with - probably - a stupid sensor failure, must be thrown away because the manufacturer can't earn money from the repair.
Strange policy, but it's quite common nowadays, and HP is not an exception.
