if you having problem with HP officejet 7610 for not recognizing A3 Size.
Download the Full feature software and start installing software with full software.
when the 1 first step is finish.
Kindly Open one file and check printing A3 size.
It will showing A3 size and cancel the remaining setup if you don't want the software to be installed.

Not being unkind, but as this machine is sold on the basis of being an A3 printer, there should be no need for fannying about with special 'custom' setup!
As far as I am concerned the software should reflect the item which it supports and this, clearly, does not!
I have a perfectly wonderful A4 Canon for my every day printing - I bought this printer especially for its A3 capability and i am most disappointed the it is not fit for the purpose for which it has been sold.
This is actually grounds for returning it.
I've always had HP printers before my present Canon but that actually tells the tale - none of the HP printers available were proper work instruments, for my needs, which is why I, ultimately, purchased the well- made, workhorse Canon.
I was so pleased with the prospect of having another HP, but htis has been mis-sold.
I have not techical abilities other than the use of the machines and I will not be able to effect the instructions for the 'patch' (which is what it is).
I have looked at all the 'suggestions' of both Gemini and other users and none of this is being offered in Win 10.
No other 'drivers' are being offered.
I don't know what to do.
Not imperssed on tiny little bit .
(and the basic set up was so easy too...!)

...just to update.
My techie son came and re-installed the printer for me. It took some 'fannying about' but he finally got it to recognoze the A3 sizing. Only problem is that this has now knackered up my Win 10 - none of my win 10 basics now work - and my son doesn't have the time to uninstall and re-install Win 10 anytime soon.
I'm flum, moxed. I love the A3 capability but need my calendar and win 10 basics too. Why is the software not compatible with Windows?

Hi
I just had the same issue, this happens if try to let windows detect and install a driver for your printer.
The easiest and most effective way is to download your driver from HP website, for my case it was through the following link:
