My OfficeJet 8025 is reporting the following error for the black ink cartridge:

 

"the indicated cartridges are not communicating correctly with the printer"

 

I have followed all support guides and advice I can find to fix this (power off the printer, cleaning contacts on cartridge, factory reset etc.) but nothing has worked. I have an Instant Ink account but can find no way to request a new cartridge sent out, and don't feel like I should have to spend £30+ on a new catridge from a shop as this is what I pay for with Instant Ink. Can someone please help?
