HP Recommended
Product: OfficeJet 8702

Product is OfficeJet 8702 (M9L81A). 

Firmware has been fully updated (nothing new available). Firmware version: WBP2CN2307AR

 

When I try to print, it cancels the print job "Non-HP Chip Detected". I cannot ignore or force it to print, despite using the same ink cartridges for ages. The posts I've read state that I need to upgrade the firmware, but it is already upgraded. What's next?
