Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

OfficeJet 8710 won't print on card stock- specifically  in my case Avery 8315 Note Cards. Problem has been around on this forum since at least 2018 (6 years!) with apparently no response from HP or a fix from them. There is no way to set the machine for " Cardstock" specifically. I have tried every setting that even remotely looks like it might work. I've followed instructions to the letter re cleaning the paper tray, fanning the card stock, not overloading, clean the rollers, etc. etc. I have been reluctant to get on the phone with HP as those calls take 1/2 of my day speaking with someone for whom English is clearly a second language and who wants to go through the exact steps that I have already performed. I suppose I'll have to go that route unless someone on this forum comes up with a miracle cure.
