I recently received a new shipment of ink cartridges for my HP OfficeJet Pro 6968. After installing, I received the following error message: "Cartridge Problem: Cyan: One or more cartridges are missing or damaged. Until cartridges are replaced make sure the printer is turned on to avoid damage to the printer."
I don't understand how it's not detecting the Cyan or think it's damaged. I literally just got the box out of my mail today and all of the cartridges were in perfect condition. I've uninstalled them and put them back, wiped them off, did a print head cleaning, turned the printer off then on again, etc. and it's still saying this. What can I do? Should I get a new Cyan cartridge or what?
