The black ink just stopped printing.  I replaced all the ink cartridges and only color is working.  With brand new cartridges, it is showing that they are almost empty, except for the black ink.  I've cleaned the printer heads at least a dozen times, did the troubleshooting and diagnostic and shows nothing is wrong.  Printed the test page and the black is so faint you can barely see it.  Tried to print a word doc in black and nothing.

@Lisa6978, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand you are not able to print in black. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document and the issue persists, I'm afraid this is an issue with the printhead of the printer. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
