I am receiving a Printhead Error 0x0 on my OfficeJet Pro 6978.  The error appeared in between regular print jobs and I have not been able to resolve it using any of the methods I have found on the HP site (reset via power disconnect, attempt to align printheads, removing and cleaning ink cartridges, etc). The ink cartidges are all HP brand and have plenty of ink left in them.  I am extremely frustrated as the printer is only two years old, wasn't used for about 6 months of that time (as we flooded in Hurricane Harvey) and I have several spare new HP ink cartridges that I spent a lot of money on.  Any help in how to fix this would be much appreciated.
