OfficeJet Pro 6978
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Officejet Pro 6978 won't print wirelessly.  I don't have any problems connecting the printer to the wireless network. I entered the passcode directly through the printer. The blue antenna light on the printer is solid. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers based on the suggestion in the forum. Nothing has changed.

Please help!

Give the HP print & scan doctor program a try, use this link.

Thanks for the response.

I ran the HP Print and Scan. It prints single pages from MSWord 2016, but will not print labels and business cards. It will not print from PowerPoint and other MS applications. It will print PDF files.

Have you tried running the repair option in Microsoft Office?

Thanks for the suggestion. It did not work. PPT still shows the message, "problem with the printer setup"  "reinstall the print drivers" ...

I have done all of this. It's so frustrating.

Do you have the same problems if printing from another user account?
