Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My OfficeJetPro 7740 stopped offering tabloid as a printing option. I turned printer on/off, reinstalled HP Printer app in Window 11, reloaded paper tray (device recognizes correct paper size in tray 2). However, after all these attempts I still cannot print on tabloid.

 

Additional Printer Settings:

Paper Tray  1 is set default (8.5x11)

Paper Tray 2 (11x17)

Tray lock (none)

 

Any suggestions?
