Please send me the hard reset instructions as well for the 8600 pro printer, windows 10..... Power light is blinking after it goes to sleep. Wont turn on, display is completely black. You have to unplug then plug back in. It used to go to sleep and wake up and still work once you print something or hit the touchpad.  Now it wont print saying unable to communicate with printer? Yes everything is up to day including firmware.
