The video does not provide information for the issue at hand. The cartridge carriage doesn't move from the right side to the left side.Carriage stuck on right side of printer

Thanks for using the HP Forums.
Have you tried to power off and power on the printer? If it is still stuck, then the printer may be defective.
Contact HP for support if the printer is under warranty:

Let me try and help.Looking at your picture this what you can try.If you look to the opposite side of the jammed cartridges there is a gear with a strobe on it.Turn that gear by hand will release the ink tray.Move the carriage by hand and remove the ink.Restart the machine and wait for the machine to ask for the cartridges to be replaced.Install the ink and try to print.Hope this will help.
