Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am getting error code 0005FBB6. When the printer powers on I get the message that it was not shut down properly, even though I used the power switch. I have tried unplugging it and powering down and restarting. It seems to be stuck in this cycle.

I see that you are getting error code 0005FBB6 on your HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 all-in-one printer.

  

Please download and install the firmware update by following the steps from this document.  (Click on the word document to open the web page).
