I am very disappointed, four months out of warranty and my printer is a brick. There was a blue screen error message I didn't write down and it just died the next day. The blue WIFI light is still on so I know it is getting power, but the screen is black (but still on, I see light at the edge) and I can't get my computer to recognize it using WIFI or USB with any of the HP tools available online.
I see that there was a firmware update at the end of March, and I was set to auto update, but there is no way I can find to roll back the firmware without the screen working.
Off to BestBuy I guess. I just put a new extra large HP black cartridge in, that's $50 I'll never get back. If anyone at HP wants to help you have my email.
