Recently bought $200 worth of ink to get by the quarantine but whenever I insert the cartridges into the printer, it gives me the error message: "There is a problem with the supply system. Try replacing the affected cartridge with a different, non-empty cartridge. If this message appears again, record message and contact HP". It says the affected cartridge is (K), so black. When the cartridges were first inserted, the printer recognized them as genuine HP cartridges. This is extremely upsetting given how expensive these printers and the ink can be...

 

So far i have tried:

-force restarting the printer,

-interchanging the affected cartridge with other new cartridges
