The issue was with the firmware and our team is working on a new update.

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.

Thanks for your help but the blue screen is back followed the instructions several times but it’s only clearing for about 30 minutes is there any thing else I can do please?

I have tried every thing including the firmware nothing has worked the only thing left is a factory re-boot could I try this option as I am fast losing the will too live

I have the same issue (error B305DFF9) - can you please send me the reset instructions? I'm using an HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 and Windows 10.
