OfficeJet Pro L7580

I am trying to resurrect a OfficeJet Pro L7580.  It had HP color cartridges in it dated 2014 and an undated aftermarket black cartridge.

Got new cartridges but it appears no ink is flowing to the printheads.  After installing the new cartridges, the printer goes through a system check and then an alignment process.  Alignment process fails and no ink appears on the paper at all.  I can see the cyan and yellow tubes have air spaces in them.so they and likely the others are clogged.  Probably printheads also.

Is there a way, easy or otherwise, to flush the tubes and perhaps the printheads?

Please advise. Thanks
