Product: OfficeJet3830
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have an HP OfficeJet 3830 wireless printer.   The power at my house flickered off and on yesterday and finally was off for about an hour.  I tried to print a document today and noticed the printer was off.  It would not turn on.  Is there a reset button, or perhaps a fuse that is easily accessible?

Fixed the problem!!

Unfortunately this seems to be a Hardware issue. Have you tried different wall outlets?

 

If the issue persists please contact HP Support in your region for Service Options

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
