it won't print it's own reports.
Other

I have had this all in one for about 4 years. It was great at the beginning, then not.

The printer won't print. Not only will it not print anything sent to it, but i have been trying to print a fax report, and it won't print that. When i try to access help at HP, it only gives me the option of printing from a computer.

Supplies say that there is more than enough. Just to be sure, i replaced the old HP cartridges with new HP cartridges.

I have tried cleaning the heads. It does level one, i get a few splotches of a color on part of a page, then nothing. When i try to do a level 2 cleaning, it says it is currently printing a job, when it is done i should try again. But the printer is not printing anything. It is listed as "idle".

The scanner still works, and it will still send a fax. But when i sent a fax, and then needed to get a copy of the fax report, it won't print. It doesn't give me the option of emailing it to me, that would be just fine!

I went to the HP utility program. It will show me that a fax was successfully sent, but didn't give me the whole phone number. i am unable to move any columns or even pull up the actual confirmation to make a screen grab or save as a pdf.

Any ideas or help?

Welcome to HP Community

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

Please perform these steps

- Turn on the printer.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- Disconnect the USB cable from the rear of the printer. If your printer has a network or wireless connection, leave it connected.
- Remove the ink cartridges from the printer. and clean the electrical contacts with a lint free cloth
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and from the wall outlet or power strip.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to a wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
- Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
- Reinsert the ink cartridges, and then close the ink cartridge access door.
- If you receive a prompt to print a calibration page, do so.

Also ensure the printer has the latest Firmware. Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

Then try cleaning the Printhead again all 3 cleaning steps
