Product: Officejet 4630

My printer won't print, think it's connected to a document that's showing up in print status as 'deleting' but doesn't disappear?  The printer will copy ok and I can print a diagnostic page but it won't print any documents.  If I try, it goes into the print queue but nothing happens?

are you using the printer wirelessly? if yes.

 

delete the printer from your print queue then restart your printer>router>computer and then add the printer back to queue. 

 

If you are using the printer with a cable delete printer>unplug and replug cable>add printer
