First came the 0x83c0000a NOS_LOADER_APP error.  It would disappear when the power cord was pulled, and then return when the power cord was plugged back in.  Now the printer will not power up.  Tried unplugging the power cord and waiting 60 sec, and plugging it back into a wall socket.  Tried a different power cord and still won't power up.  I just want someone to tell me if the printer is dead or if it can be fixed.  If it is dead, I will just get a new one.

@MacBookDave, Welcome to HP Support Community!

This looks like a hardware issue.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Hope this helps!

Well, this does not help at all.  This printer is way out of warranty and knowing what I know about service, it will cost more to fix than the $50 a replacement costs.

I just want to confirm if if is is really dead, or if there is something I can do to get it running.
