Product: Officejet 4650
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cannot get my Officejet 4650 to print in color. MS and HP troubleshooters say everything is OK. My ink levels are OK. I tried to use the copier function and it won't even copy in color. I have cleaned the cartridge heads. I am using Windows 10 64bit. I have unstalled and reinstalled. I have used the install driver wizard. It use to print and copy just fine in color now it won't. I need help quickly because I have to be able to print color copies for TOMORROW! PLEASE HELP

Please update the Firmware from this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-officejet-4650-all-in-one-printer-series/5447930

 

Also follow the instructions in Solution 5 & 6 from this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03944809 

 

Try printing and let me know how it goes 😊
