Printer goes through the motion of printing but page is blank. New cartridge still no print. No fix recommended by HP or Microsoft works. Printer shows "Off Line" nothing has repaired that either. Troubleshooters say printer not set as default. Let troubleshoot "fix" 4 times. Disconnected printer 5 times. Once for 45 minutes prior to reconnect. No change. Is this a hopeless situation? Cannot afford to replace printer at this time.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
-
Are you able to make copies from the printer?
-
Are you printing from your phone or computer?
-
What's the Wi-Fi light status on the Printer(Blinking or Steady)?
Keep me posted for further assistance.
