While printing it just stopped and said out of paper. Checked the tray and although it was not out I added more to top it off.  Still got the error.  I have cleaned the rollers, reset the printer, and done all of the other troubleshooting options I was able to find.  Still getting the error.

Have you done the steps to check the paper condition is intact, clean the rollers, etc using the steps mentioned in this article: Click here to verify.

  • If no, please do and it should resolve the issue,
  • If yes, I recommend you upgrade the printer firmware using this article: Click here for details.
