My printer will not connect to e-print. When i go to set web proxy is asks me for proxy and port? how do I find that out? It also says cannot connect to server and to enter proxy username and password. No idea what that is either. I just moved printer to another room and hooked up to phone line and plugged in.

Welcome to HP Community
I have gone through your Post and would like to help
I suggest you disable Web services first and then Re-enable it
1. On the printer click on the Web Services icon in the top left corner of the display.
2. Click on Settings.
3. Click on Remove/Disable/Turn Off Web Services.
4. Follow the onscreen instructions
5. Restart your Printer and from the main screen click on the Web Services icon again.
Next follow the instructions on page 68 in the User Guide: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c03227497
