I have re-set, hard re-set, cleaned cartridges, printer head, all of the usual instructions. Is it possible to get a replacement printer please? Your check for warranty app isn't working.

To see if your product is still under warranty, go to the warranty check website http://www.support.hp.com/checkwarranty. Contact HP Support to schedule a repair or replacement. If you are in Asia Pacific, Contact HP Support to find a local service center in your area.
 
Repair fees might apply for out-of-warranty products.
Note:
Keep a print sample that shows the problem. If the ink cartridges, printhead, or printer is replaced under warranty, the support agent will request the print sample. If the printer is returned to HP, the print sample must be returned with the printer. Place the sample in the output tray when you package your printer for shipping.

When this came up I looked for my serial number and realized that my printer was a refurbrished model sold in a NEW box.  What a bunch of crap as I now have this error and my printer is out of warranty AND i just put 2 new inks in it.  It was printing about 10 pages and quit 6 pages in with the error.  Funny thing is, what printed BEFORE the error looks just fine. 

 

AND this was a known issue by the company but not by me when I purchased this.
