Product: Officejet 6950

Hallo.

My printer say stuck trolley, remove paper jam.

I was looking for, but I found nothing.

But I was detect right problem - fallen gear drive of the waste container (marked with a yellow circle in the picture).

I was put it back, but without effect.

Then I revealed second problem - this gear is broken.

Is possible to buy this gear or repair it in service immediately?

I do'nt want buy new printer for this trifle.
