Printer is not feeding paper. Paper is installed and the feeding rollers drop-down but the rollers do not spin despite hearing a spinning noise.

Welcome to the HP Forums!

I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.

Am sorry that you have an issue with your printer. I'd like to help 🙂

A paper feed issue can occur for several reasons, such as dusty or contaminated paper rollers, the condition of the paper in the tray, or even issues with the software.

To fix the paper feed issue, try the steps below:

Adjust the paper settings in the print driver

 Clean the rollers

 Perform a power reset

For instruction, follow the steps in the following document:

If the information I’ve provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,

That’ll help us, and others see that we’ve got the answers!

Good Luck.
