Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

the rollers that pick up paper no longer spin.  i have cleaned the rollers, though that's not much help since the're imobile.  the "lever" that the rollers mount to drops when it's time to pick up paper, but noting moves.  when i cleaned the rollers, they did rotate, so i know they are not jammed.

If they don't rotate then it's time for a new printer. Too complicated to repair and the cost will probbably be higher than a new printer.

my intuition said as much.  i was hoping there was some magic spell, like "Rub bacon on it at midnight during a full moon and all will be well."  alas, another machine has met its end.

I'm having the same problem all of a sudden, out of nowhere. Just one day, no more feeding.

 

The solution to getting a new one seems to be the new answer to everything now a days. Sad.
