I'm trying to fix this Officejet 7510 and I'm getting a 0x61011bed error message. iv cleaned the print head and its motherboard, and also cleaned out the ink. but what iv noticed is that 1/2 pins on the print head cable connecting the print head to the motherboard is messed up. printer switches on and works but doesn't read the cartridges' and doesn't print . whats my solution ,please help support.

Hi @davidholman416,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you've done quite a bit of troubleshooting already! The issue with the pins on the print head cable might be the culprit here. If the connection isn't secure or if there's damage to the cable, it could lead to communication errors and the printer not recognizing the cartridges.
If you're comfortable doing so, you might want to try replacing the damaged cable with a new one. Make sure it's compatible with your Officejet 7510 model. If that doesn't work, you may need to consider getting a replacement print head.
Also, double-check if there's any firmware update available for your printer. Sometimes, updating the firmware can resolve compatibility issues and improve overall performance.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
