Officejet 7610 series
Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

I have bought officejet 7610 series printer to print A3 files. I am facing problems while printing.

The printer can print MS word files but not pdf files. When i try to print PDF files via my laptop the information shown on the screen 'There is problem  connceting to the printer. Make sure that it's connected & try again'

It is rediculos as it can print MS word files but in case of pdf files it shows there is problem.

Even when I print files in MS word the information comes on the laptop screen 'There is error in priting' althogh it printers at the same time.

I am very frestrated using this printer. I bought it for help not to create problem for me. Now I first convert pdf files into word & then print as I don't have any other alternative. This wastes my time.

Is there any one to help me.

Thanks

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP forum.

What PDF software are you using? Have you tried using other PDF software to print?

Did you install the FULL featured HP printer software (for your operating system, Win 8)?

Do let us know.

Thanks.
