macOS 10.13 High Sierra

Officejet 7612 printer failure 0x61011bed - hard reset removing the power cord did not work, keeps repeating the error code. Was working fine originally then just stopped - all cartridges are genuine. Looked inside to see if any blockages or jams - nothing all very clean still.

I guess the planned obselescense has kicked in and this is now just an expensive lump of waste

Tried to find support in the UK to get it repaired but your website has no information to find suitable options, automated assistant was absolutely no help at all.

Restore my faith - help me out - don't want to add to landfill!

I understand you are not able to print due to this error.

 

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

 

If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document and the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware failure. 

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
