macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I am getting the error: Printhead error 62.80.20 and 62.80.a0 all of a sudden on HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One Printer.

Printer is brand new and under warranty. Can someone please explain how I cab get this checked by HP please

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

Make sure you are using HP ink cartridges.

 

As you have already tried the steps mentioned in this document - Printhead Errors, I'm afraid this is a hardware failure. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
