Product: Officejet Pro 6830
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer keeps saying "problem with printhead"; changed ink cartridges because they were low (thought that may be the problem, it wasn't); pulled plug from outlet, didn't work; pulled plug from rear of printer, didn't get rid of message;

won't print at all or make copies

You will need to contact HP for a replacement as described in the document here.

HP Recommended

My HP 6815 screen says: 'There is a problem with the print head.'   I have changed ink cartridges, turned the machine off and back on and unplugged and re-plugged the machine.  Still the same message.  Suggestions?

Same answer as above - you will need to have the printer serviced or replaced.
