Officejet Pro 6835
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I have had my printer for a probably 4 or 5 years and suddenly tonight my Officejet Pro 6835 printer would not print in blue, green...it shows as pink.  I printed fine a few days ago in color.  After re cleaning my heads a few times and aligning them a few times it actually got worse.  The test pages originally showed blue in the print out -- after I cleaned them a 3rd time since nothing was helping the test page won't even show blue.   I even installed a brand new cyan ink cartridge but the problem is still there.  Only print showing is black, red, and like a beige.  My ink levels are high.

The model # is J2D37A  and I have a wireless connection.

**Note - This printer did not come with a cd to install it when I purchased it.  I had to have HP support assist me to install because for whatever reason the 6835 had to be listed as a 6830 so uninstalling is not a good idea...and I don't believe that is the issue.  Trouble shooting shows that my heads are fine...I am lost at this point.  Any help appreciated.

The printhead is defective, since it is part of the printer you will need to replace the 6835.
