For the past month we have had the same print quality problem regardless of the many attempts at different "fixes".  The defect occurs across the entire CMYK spectrum.  The problem persists through 3 complete ink cartridge changes.  We have cleaned the printheads using the Scan Doctor Wizard at least a dozen times.  Aligned printheads multiple times.  Tired different brands of paper and even messed with the print quality settings in regards to DPI etc.  Nothing we do fixes the problem.  Below is exactly what the test pattern printed from  the HP Scan Doctor Wizard looks like.  Again, we have cleaned the printheads at least a dozen times.colortest.png
