HP Recommended

Black won't print. I don't know why I've continued to buy HP printers but this is the last one. Constant print issues, freezes, etc. for so many years. I read another thread questioning HP of designing eventual failure into their products to encourage replacement- I think he's right and hopefully we do see a class action suit. Maybe I don't print often enough and the throw-away quality of HP's printer parts deteriorate before I get through 2 sets of ink. Of course, I still have a full, unused set that's incompatible (by design) with ANY other model I might consider buying. After an hour of trouble shooting maintenance and research, I'm taking this piece of **bleep** Officejet Pro 6968 out to a field with my baseball bat! Then I'll go buy an Epson.
